Log in as a user with the Manage users permission.
Click the Tools tab.
Click Security.
Click Administrator.
Select the user to modify from the User ID list.
Change the user's profile and permissions as needed.
To select a permission, select the check box next to the permission.
To remove a permission, clear the check box.
Note: Select the Administrator check box to give the user access to all available software functions. See User Permissions for more information about all permissions.
