Data Review Report

The Data Review Report documents the review of point data from the Bench Review and Supervisor Review.

The Data Review Report contains the following information for each data point:

• Date/time
• Operator initials
• Value (result)
• Attached actions and comments, if any
• Accept/reject status
• Initials of the person performing Supervisor Review, if available
• Date/time of the Supervisor Review
• Initials of the person performing Bench Review, if available
• Date/time of the Bench Review
